Andrew Keaveney publishes this site. It is one of a small number of websites he publishes, and its job is to help meditation seekers discover his retreat programs, with the free films, talks and articles as a way in. Who is Andrew Keaveney?

Andrew Keaveney has taught breathwork and meditation for over 17 years in the U.S. and India. Before teaching, he spent four years studying yoga, meditation and Sanskrit at an ashram in India. He helped launch the Art of Living Retreat Center in Boone, North Carolina, and regularly teaches residential retreats there.

He also makes short films about meditation, breath and the people who practice them, for Art of Living and for his own channel, writes the Everyday Joy newsletter, and photographs retreats, travels and quiet mornings in the mountains. The photographs on this site are his. He also offers 15-minute Intuitive Life Scan sessions, by donation, for people seeking guidance through uncertainty.
